  17. This memo discusses strategies for address assignment of the existing
  18. IP address space with a view to conserve the address space and stem
  19. the explosive growth of routing tables in default-route-free routers.

  21. This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.

  23. This RFC specifies an Internet standards track protocol for the
  24. Internet community, and requests discussion and suggestions for
  25. improvements.  Please refer to the current edition of the "Internet
  26. Official Protocol Standards" for the standardization state and status
  27. of this protocol.  Distribution of this memo is unlimited.
